Why We’re Talking Hormones 

This month we’re gathering at Skinvae Cambridge for an evening that blends community, conversation, and a deeper look into something that affects every woman - hormone health.

We’ve invited Natalie from NeuroRestore to guide us through this vital topic. She’s a powerhouse of knowledge using the Neurological Integration System (NIS), a non-invasive, neuro-science based method that helps your body tap into its own intelligence to correct dysfunction.  Whether it’s burnout, low mood, sleep issues, brain fog, or that “off” feeling you can’t quite name, this is the kind of approach that goes deep and gets to the root cause.
